Our Skin resurfacing treatments targets key concerns including: Acne (active), Actinic (solar) keratosis, Eyelid laxity (including: crow’s feet folds, heavy lids, under-eye folds), lines & wrinkles, large pores, pigmentation (including: melasma, sun spots, freckles), poor texture, scars, sun damage, skin laxity, skin lesions and stretch marks.
The treatment works by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, which can drastically improve skin texture, tone, and firmness. It can also be combined with other cosmetic treatments, such as microneedling, chemical peels, and injectables, to achieve the best results imaginable. We can also administer neurotoxin treatments and/or derma fillers same day too.
The treatments are best described as mildly uncomfortable. Before being your treatment we can apply some numbing cream; however, our patient find it unnecessary on many occasions.
Some redness and minor swelling may be present up to two days following the treatment, and some small scabs may occur on the surface of the skin in the week after your treatment. Some patients may also feel dry and flaky, as the skin is regenerating from within, but all side effects resolve within a week
This will depend on your skin type and the skin condition you would like to treat. You will be given options once a full consultation with Dr Sach has taken place.
Patients can see results in as little as 3 weeks, depending on the treatment indication. Your skin will continue to improve and will peak at around 12 months after treatments.
